Irina Anderson is a psychologist, academic and coach. She holds a PhD in Psychology and a Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute.
She has been a university lecturer to undergraduate and postgraduate students for over 30 years. Her research interests lie in decision-making, financial identity and gender, stress at work and leadership. All performance improvement programmes at Trader Cognition Consulting are developed using a combination of her first-hand knowledge of primary research and best practice in teaching academic content.
